How long will it take to process my order?
Please give 3 to 5 business days for your order to b processed.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
The delivery time for your order will depend on where you are located. All of our orders are delivered by USPS Priority or UPS. This can take 2 to 6 days to deliver. Once your shipping label has been created you will receive a notification that includes a tracking number. Please keep in mind that weather, processing delays at shipping facilities can alter the delivery time and this is unfortunately out of our control.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped using USPS priority or UPS. When shipped you will receive a tracking number and track your order so that you know when it will be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope this will change soon. Once international shipping is available we will be sure to announce it here on our site, newsletter and instagram.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please use the contact page and in the subject line include “cancel my order” and the order number. In the message include your order number, name and let us know the products you ordered. We will cancel your order and refund the money. Unfortunately after 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order.
Can I add something to my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been submitted and paid we are unable to add to your order. If you make another order with the item you wanted to add, let us know your order number and name and we’ll consolidate your order and refund your shipping.
I included the wrong address can I change my address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to change the address on your order. In the subject line include your order number and in your message include your order number and the address that you would like to ship to instead.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes. Please contact us and let us know what you would like to order and the date you need your order by. We will reach out to you with options for vessels and scents as well as the pricing and timeline for your order. Please not that pricing for custom orders is different than the pricing on the website.
Do you offer private label candles?
Yes we do offer private label. Please contact us and let us know your interest in a private label collaboration. Please also include your company information including the best way to contact you and we will reach out to set up a meeting to discuss your request. We look forward to collaborate with you.
