Self Care Tip #2

Happy Saturday to you!  I’m back again today with a new self care tip that’s one of my favorite things to do.

 

When I have a rough week or my social meter is depleted, I’ll plan a day out to do do things that I would enjoy.  I’ll treat myself to lunch, or a nice dinner. Go to a movie or visit some of my favorite shops and treat my self.  Whether you choose a spa inspired date or do dinner and a movie.  Spending time with yourself is a great way to recharge and love on yourself when you need it.
