May is mental health awareness month and I’m a big believer in prioritizing mental health and that includes making time for our own self care. I’m restarting the self care series where on Saturdays, I’ll be sharing some tips to try for your own self care practice.
Here’s today’s tip…
Rest is key to being able to do all the things we need or want to do each day. While we all have continually growing to-do list or task that have to get done in our homes and our lives, we’re no good to anyone tired. Whether it’s 30 minutes or an hour or a full day give yourself time to rest and recharge.
