I have to make a confession. I had no clue what a wax melt what until I started learning how to make candles. Even while I learned how to make candles, I wasn’t a fan of them. That all changed when a fragrance I was testing failed every candle test I put it through. Not ready to give up on this fragrance, I made wax melts. To my surprise and delight, this fragrance worked perfectly as a wax melt and after that I became an instant fan of wax melts.
What I’ve noticed in talking with people at pop ups and markets is that not everyone really knows what wax melts are or how to use them. Well, I’m sharing all the things you need to know about wax melts below.

One more tip: Start with one melt to gauge how well your space is scented. If you want to add more scent to your space, add another wax melt to your melter.
